The Sports Council has launched Amateur Soccer Cup Play Fair, where eighteen teams are divided into four groups.
The event is double round robin, qualifying for the quarterfinals of the top two teams from each group, while the third and fourth place will play the consolation quarterfinals.
In this new competition and can not make signings, and league sanctions remain in force.
It has also established a series of three yellow cards for players to meet one-match ban.
The distribution of teams in these four groups was done by lottery, with the presence of all team officials and taking into account the classification of the league, to be seeded.
