Totana has received 8.2 million euros to finance 46 projects with state funds under the 2009 and 2010 and created more than 1,100 contracts
Totana, February 18, 2011 .- The secretary general of the Government Delegation in the Region of Murcia, Juan José Camarasa, and the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, inaugurated this morning the new underground line installation Media voltage of 20 kV in the industrial area of the Rann of this town.
These works have been financed entirely by the Government of Spain through the State Fund of 2010 for an amount of 210,000 euros and have held 10 people.
The works have involved the installation of laying underground medium voltage of 20 kV over 750 m and connected to the electrical substation.
These works will improve the electricity supply firms in the industrial area of El Saladar.
Juan José Camarasa highlighted the usefulness of the works that will facilitate "has pointed out, the future urban development of this important industrial business park."
Moreover, the secretary general of the Government Delegation recalled that the State Funds, 2009 and 2010, included in Plan E, involves an investment by the Government of Spain of more than 8.2 million euros in the municipality of Totana.
He also explained that the Town Hall in the use of municipal powers, this investment has been allocated to the completion of 41 construction projects and 5 social spending programs.

In this regard, the Secretary-General recalled the works financed by the Government of Spain under the Plan E in Totana, such as those in the Avenida Juan Carlos I and rehabilitation of the mall on the boulevard of Santa (1.8 million euros), the remodeling of the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja (700,000 euros), the new Library of Barrio del Parral (600,000 euros), the construction of educational buildings attached to schools and Santa Eulalia Tierno Galván (850,000 euros) new sports facilities and sports center of the school Santa Eulalia (430,000 euros) or the environmental recovery of the Mount of the Holy (230,000 euros) and the 5 social spending programs for the benefit of more than 4,000 totaneros.
