The Department of Environment and Social Welfare have filed a joint motion to be debated in plenary on Thursday 30 December, for the establishment of a cooperation agreement with the Partnership Project Abraham to regulate and implement collection systems selective urban waste textile, footwear and toys and activities develop social support and advocacy aimed at people at social risk.
