The Association "Salus Infirmorum" has made a tribute to the founders of it and those who have died since the birth of the association, which represents the interests of the elderly and Alzheimer patients through the many volunteers who are part of it.
The event, which unveiled a commemorative plaque at the headquarters of the association, attended the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, Councillor for Social Welfare, Juan Carrion, pastor of the Church of Santiago, José Salvador Perez, and founders and responsible "Infirmorum Salus."
The plaque, which was discovered by the mayor, acknowledged the work of the Society of Geriatric Nursing Murcia and Gerontology from the foundation along with Salus Infirmorum Association of Relatives and Totana Alzheimer in 2005.
Both the mayor of Social Welfare, as the Mayor of Totana, appreciated the work carried out by this association with the elderly, as they are a very important point of support for families who have people with Alzheimer's and elderly who are home alone and need a helping hand store them disinterested help.
