The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, has signed today, along with five other municipalities in Murcia and various regional bodies, a protocol of collaboration to promote the initiative promoted by the Instituto de Fomento (INFO) called "Network of business incubators" of the Region of Murcia.
The act of accession was held at the Ministry of Universities, Innovation and Enterprise and was attended by the mayors of White, Molina de Segura, Lorca, Puerto Lumbreras, Santomera INFO directors and Family, Gender and Children, and Presidents of the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena and Lorca, respectively.
The project "Network of Business Incubators" of the Murcia Region is part of "planning to take" whose ultimate goal is the establishment and consolidation of a network of business incubators, which can be integrated hosting infrastructure for entrepreneurs public or private nonprofit that exist in the autonomous region.
The event served to introduce and promote this initiative and the outline of operation of the network, which aims at joint development of advanced support services to entrepreneurs in Totana.
Similarly, it aims to promote training activities for managers and business incubators for entrepreneurs and SMEs housed therein and the creation of a web platform of resources and space location, among others.
At present, there in the Region of Murcia twenty entrepreneurship support centers and nurseries managed by local authorities, Chamber of Commerce and regional administration, which offer accommodation and support new business initiatives.
Adhering to this protocol, the Session totanero agrees to cooperate and participate in the design, development and consolidation of the Red de Viveros de Murcia, which will act as an escort service and advice to the managers themselves of these facilities.
Support services to entrepreneurs and
Totana Mayor explained that the Regional Network of Nurseries jointly manage the promotion, advisory activities, the provision of services and the necessary actions to make improvements that result in the competitiveness of the productive sector.
According to him, for it is developing a common list of support services for all entrepreneurs can access the same services regardless of the institution they are addressed, thus ensuring increased corporate initiatives that reach their target.
Martínez Andreo said that with this joint effort with the Autonomous Region will boost service to help enable the creation of enterprises and generating jobs, and recalled that the National Government in their day rejected under the Plan E reforming the business incubator building located in the industrial park "The Saladar."
