A total of 15 people taking the course "The cold kitchen, semi-cold and warm" organized by the Department of Public Works and Employment in collaboration with the Cooperative Union of the Region of Murcia (UCOMUR).
The course was opened by Councillor Development and Employment, José Antonio Valverde Queen, and is responsible for initiatives such Ucomur, who congratulated the participants on the course for its initiative to expand their knowledge in the sector to specialize more business and offer a different product quality and more profitable to their businesses and create jobs.
This training, which consists of a training period of 30 hours and being taught in the Socio-Cultural Center Jail, is free because it is subsidized by the Regional Employment Service and Training-SEF and funded by the Social Fund -European Social Fund.
Councilman Employment Promotion and explained that students can broaden their knowledge about cold soups, cold dishes and impregnation parfaits and other techniques.
Queen Valverde pointed out that this training activity, has been launched by the City Council in collaboration with Ucomur, aimed at people working in SMEs and / or autonomous.
The mayor has stated that it continues to work on training for both employed and unemployed workers, where it is intended that, in short, is it possible to launch the Centre for Local Development of more courses, in addition to the launched , needed to improve the skills of workers and the unemployed.
