The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, along with Councilman Services, Sergio López, informed officials of the Special Centre for Employment and Services Totana "MIFITO" that on January 1, 2011 will start operating officially Center Special Services Employment and Totana (CEDETES).
From this moment begins the gradual adaptation of the workforce members of the City Centre and the completion of all necessary legal procedures for the implementation of the Municipal Center.
In addition, Martínez Andreo has informed MIFITO members during a meeting held this morning, which was paid the debt of the company two months, so this commercial debt be settled as agreed in previous meetings.
The mayor pointed out that the House approved in September to buy all the shares of the Special Centre for Employment and Services Totana (MIFITO).
Through this acquisition, the company will be renamed CEDETES, SRL, which seeks integration into the workplace for the disabled through the provision of a service.
In this way, "CEDETES" take place among other services, the Citizens Telephone Service, Messaging Service, Summons and Notices, Ordinance on municipal buildings and public events, driver for her personal transport centers managed by City Hall, the ORA, janitors, cleaning, maintenance and adaptation of facilities and public infrastructure to support the development tasks of any work or municipal service, among others.
Also, the management and administration of society will be in charge of different organs, among which are the Corporation, shall provide the General Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board and the manager.
In this sense, the management authority and permanent representation of the company is the Board of Directors, comprised of a minimum of three and a maximum of nine members elected freely by the general meeting between people in particular, which may be indefinitely re-elected for a term always five years.
This council will consist of the president, who is the council and Comprehensive Maintenance Services of the City, Sergio Lopez, a vice president, secretary and two members, respectively.
