Municipal School of Music in Totana inaugurated the official opening of the academic year 2010/2011 with a musical by students was held at the Teatro del Centro Sociocultural "Jail."
The event was attended by the Councillor for Education, Trini Cayuela, and the president of the Musical Association of Totana, Juan Carrion, along with a large number of students, teachers and fans totaneros culture and music education.
The mayor of Education appreciated the assistance of relatives and friends of members of the Musical Association, who delighted the audience with a great hearing, in the parts performed Habaneras.
He acknowledged the work performed by teachers at the School of Music and congratulated the director of the Band, Ceferino Ayala, for their work since 1980.
Also during the ceremony, was presented to the cast of teachers comprising more than ten people who will train over 300 students this year are enrolled in the School of Music.
Students enjoy classes flute, singing, clarinet, piano, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, percussion and musical language, among other things.
