The Department of Economic Development, Development and Employment and Industry of the City of Totana has been developing in the Local Development Center, located in the Totana industrial estate, the training project "Cleaning in open spaces and industrial facilities", with a total of 210 hours
This training action is structured in 3 independent modules, also covering a Job Search Resources Workshop, with a duration of 15 hours.
Of the 210 hours, 80 are being non-work professional practices in companies in the cleaning sector.
In this case, the participants are doing them in the company "Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, SA", "Totana Urban Services, UTE", "Bahía de Mazarrón Ingeniería Urbana 2007 SLU."
and Totana City Council.
These people, already trained, will be seen as professionals who can develop their professional activity in public administration and private sector companies, in the area of ​​road and industrial cleaning.
In addition, they will be integrated into work teams and will depend functionally on the responsible superior, so that they will be able to stand out in trades such as: street sweeper, trash picker, garbage collector, street cleaning and related worker, and laborer waste collection, among others.
This free training project, with only 15 seats, has been awarded to the City of Totana by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia (SEF) also counting with the European Social Fund (ESF), and raising said subsidy to the amount of 12,675 euros, plus 750 euros for the Employment Search Resources Workshop, both subsidized 100%.
For this year 2018, this training will be offered again, so to access as a student this course of professional qualification level 1, it is necessary to be over 16 years old and be registered as unemployed in the offices of the SEF.
