The Local Government Board has recently given the green light to the standard agreement between the City of Totana and the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration of the Autonomous Community for the provision of basic solutions and online systems of Electronic Administration that allow the development and implementation of these for the benefit of citizens and businesses, and move quickly and effectively in the development of electronic administration to users.
The proposal of the Councilor for Human Resources and Citizen Services, Gertrudis Marķa Ruiz, contemplates the use by the municipal services of the City Council of the basic technological solutions of electronic administration offered by the Regional Administration through said Department.
In addition, access to the information contained in the Platform for Interoperability of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and the access of the City Council to various functionalities and basic electronic administration solutions is the subject of this agreement.
These include the use of advanced electronic signature systems (identification, signature and representation systems);
and communication between Public Administrations by electronic means (intermediation of data between administrations, system of interconnection of registers, exchanges of information through the portal of autonomous communities, etc.).
Other tools for the notification of electronic means are also contemplated in the agreement (electronic address enabled and catalog of procedures of the Electronic Notification service);
as the Communications Network of the Spanish Public Administrations (Red SARA) and for the purposes of representation (Electronic Registry of Authorizations), among others.
