Since September 4, the Department of Sports has started the municipal program of "Maintenance Gymnastics" for this season 2017/18, in the Municipal Gymnasium "La Cárcel", with Alfonso Adán as monitor in charge of the activity .
Councilor Isabel María Molino and the monitor have recently presented this activity that brings together more than 150 users of media in each of the shifts offered throughout the conference held.
The classes take place three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), with a wide schedule, both morning and afternoon.
In the morning, there are three shifts: 08:00, 09:00 and 10:00 hours;
while in the afternoon another five shifts are offered: 15:30, 18:00, 19:00, 20:30 and 21:30.
There are also two special shifts for the Special Gymnastics for the Column, one at 16.30 and another at 20:00 hours.
The inscriptions are carried out in the same facilities of the Municipal Gymnasium "La Cárcel", completing the corresponding form to make the payments by direct debit.
The monthly registration fee for maintenance gymnastics is 24 euros, while the special gymnastics fee for the spine is 12 euros.
There are also discounts of 50% for people with disabilities and people over 61 years, as well as 25% for people who belong to the large family
