The Municipal Register of Entities and Associations of Totana managed by the Council of Citizen Participation currently has a total of 345, which aims to enable the City Council to know the number and classes of associations and groups existing in the municipality.
In addition, it also allows it to know its aims and representativeness, in order to make possible a correct municipal policy for the promotion of associationism.
The creation of the Municipal Register of Entities and Associations is regulated by the Municipal Regulation of Citizen Participation, in its Title II Chapter III -.
The last to register in the last weeks have been "Futura High Capacities of Totana", "Society of Pigeons of Race Santa Eulalia", "Association of Parents of Pupils of the School Luis Pérez Rueda", "Association of Hunters El Arrui "and" Association Peña Los Puntazos Totaneros ".

Those associations, groups and entities that have their area of ​​activity in the municipality of Totana can register in this register;
And that they can not promote xenophobia, racism or any form of discrimination on the grounds of sex, belief or status in any way.
To apply for registration in the Municipal Register of Entities and Associations it is necessary that the president of the association fill out the standard desolicitud form, attaching the necessary documentation and being presented in the General Registry of Entrance of the City Hall, located in Plaza Constitución, N.
The necessary documents are a certified photocopy of the statutes and minutes of constitution of the association, duly endorsed by the General Registry of Associations of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia or by other public records;
Resolution of the Register of Associations of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia or other public records and code of Fiscal Identification of the association (CIF).
Likewise, certification by the Secretary is required with the approval of the President on the number of current members and on the list of activities that the association usually develops throughout the year;
Data relationship of the persons occupying the managerial positions, indicating: responsibility / position, name and surnames, address, DNI / NIE and telephones;
And in case of being recognized as a public utility entity, certified photocopy of the resolution of said recognition.
The Department of Citizen Participation recalls that there is the Information Services, Guidance and Advisory Services (SIOA), which is a municipal service oriented to provide information, guidance and advice on the process of constitution and legalization of associations and entities without Profit, as well as on calls for grants, legislation, publications, resources, project preparation, and so on.
The service is aimed at legally constituted non-profit entities and groups as well as groups of citizens who wish to establish themselves as an association for the attainment of common goals.
