The paving works of Cánovas del Castillo and Cañada Zamora streets, two very necessary and demanded actions by residents and residents, will start as of September and are part of the Plan for the Development of Municipal Works and Services (PARDOS) Of 2016, according to the Councilor for Works and Infrastructure, Víctor Balsas.
These actions, which have a total budget of 88,200 euros, are financed by the regional government through the said program;
And this included the works of collection and evacuation of rainwater of the street Teniente Pérez Redondo until the rambla of the Arches, for something more than 17,300 euros, that already were executed two months ago.
In the case of Cánovas del Castillo, it is planned to renew the supply and sanitation network;
While the Cañada Zamora street will be conditioned, in an initial phase, to the Calle García Alix for 120,000 euros, according to the mayor of the branch.
In addition, the PARDOS for 2016 also included the recent rehabilitation of the playground of the "Marcos Ortiz" municipal park, in which the Community contributed 74,500 euros out of the 82,700 totals that the work imported.
The councilor explained that this plan contemplated a total contribution of 180,000 euros for the municipality of Totana corresponding to the 2016 fiscal year, applicable to three very necessary actions, which will represent a substantial improvement for the residents of Totana, some of which are already Finalized, he said.
