The Sociocultural Center "La Cárcel" will host tomorrow, Friday, April 28, the presentation of the book "The Raiguero. Latest notes on its heritage and history", Miguel Ponce (21:00 hours), which will be attended by local authorities And representatives of the cultural associative fabric and of the districts.
The work has 180 pages and is divided into six chapters, which review objects and items of the twentieth century, anecdotes of its people, legends of the Raiguero, houses with history, folklore songs, photographs for the memory (2nd installment) , among others.
In January of 2015, Miguel Ponce already presented another book on its pedanía that had by title: "The Raiguero, his patrimony and folklore".
This one had three chapters, which review the history of the El Raiguero gang, the history of folklore and the hermitages of this hamlet totanera and the old hall of this council, as well as another chapter dedicated to the folk group "Azahares "And the crew of El Paretón.
