The Local Government Board has recently approved proposals from the Councilor for Finance and Contracting to begin the processing of the files for the contracts for the management of public services to promote activities in the Arganic deposit "La Bastida", as well as cleaning Of interiors in centers and municipal facilities.
In addition, it has agreed to order that the reports of the Municipal Intervention and General Secretariat be issued as soon as possible on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit to cover expenditure and the most appropriate modality for such contracting.
The General Secretariat is also urged to make the administrative specifications and, in the different municipal management areas, the corresponding technical specifications to govern the contract and the award process.
Both procedures begin after they have been completed a few weeks ago, and it becomes necessary to continue to provide these services.
Cleaning public centers
Likewise, the proposal of the Councilor for Finance and Procurement has been given a green light to continue providing the cleaning service of public centers, municipal offices, sports facilities and other facilities of the City of Totana to the company awarded "Eulen, SA ".
This agreement is adopted by virtue of the provisions of clause 5 of the administrative specifications that govern this procedure and since it ended on 31 January last.
