The Local Government Board has awarded the temporary union of companies called "UTE Casa Rino", formed by Salvatore Moneglia and Salvatore Rocco Secreto, with 50% each, the special administrative contract for the operation of the bar-cafeteria service in The municipal park "Marcos Ortiz" of Totana, according to the Councilor of Contracting, Ana Cánovas.
This was the only tenderer who has submitted an offer that meets the conditions required in the administrative clauses that governed this procedure for an annual fee of 11,519.20 euros, and for a duration of ten years.
For the second time, the totanero Consistory promoted the processing of the tender procedure and the administrative clauses for the award, by open procedure, of the special administrative contract for the operation of this service.
According to the information received by the mayor of Contratación, this procedure began after the end of the contract so far and whose public service is linked to the municipal park, with a mandatory provision in municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants.
The contract winner must meet the aforementioned canon in natural quarterly periods in advance by direct debit from a bank.
The duration of the contract will be of ten years and may be extended for annual periods up to a maximum of fifteen years of validity of the contract, including extensions, according to the contracting mayor.
