This week has debated the bill for Regional Budgets of 2017 in which Citizens, and in particular Totana, have been the center of debate for the amendments that since the orange formation has presented for our city among which were:
Investments in the water service of the municipality
Implementation of the project of execution of the west variant
Investment in rural roads.
In the end, an agreement was reached between the group Citizens of the Assembly and the regional government approving one of the amendments requested by Citizens for Totana, which consists of an item of 400,000 Euros for fundamental and necessary investments in the Water Service Of the municipality of Totana, this amendment is the result of the meetings that have been held since last November until its final approval between the spokesman at the Citizens' Assembly Miguel Sánchez and his counterpart in the town hall of Totana Asensio Soler, where Soler Transmitted to Sánchez the need for a concession of a budgetary item of urgency that consisted of investments for the improvement in the service of water and thus to improve some of the deficiencies that this service has in the municipal term of Totana.
From the Citizens Group of Totana we feel that the work and the effort made during this time has come to a good end with the final approval of the budget line consisting of 400,000 € for investment in the water service of the municipality and with that we can undertake those Actions so demanded by the citizens and approved in full during this legislature.
In the next few days we will detail and inform you where these 400,000 euros will be allocated and which investments will be made during the year 2017.
