The workers of the Department of Services and Maintenance of the City have been working for weeks on the construction of this work, whose platform has an area that exceeds 90 square meters.

The works of preparation of this stage are being directed by the teacher belenista Pedro Navarro Diaz, who renews each year to be more attractive.
