Users of the day centers with disabilities of Totana today carried out an activity of collecting toys and non-perishable foods coinciding with the weekly market, within the campaign promoted by them and that have been developing until 22 December.

This activity is also part of the events scheduled for the International Day of Disability, which took place on December 3, and whose campaign is for the benefit of Caritas Santiago and the Three Hail Marys.

The Councilor for Disability and Dependency, Javier Baņos, visited today the exhibitor and information point that users installed in the weekly market, and in which they delivered to the neighboring collaborators pots with plants from the Garden Workshop in exchange for food Or toys.

Also, these foods and toys can be left in the centers during these days (Calle Carmen Conde, number 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).

In the workshop of gardening, which comes with the invaluable collaboration of the Department of Services to the City and Infrastructures, the students of both day centers have been working in the parks and gardens of Totana for weeks.
