The Mayor of Totana, Juan José Canovas, and the Councillor for Economic Development and Employment, Antonia Camacho, have recently visited, along with technicians PROINVITOSA, facilities totanera company of international freight transport by road "Agetrans" to to report the offer that the municipal company is in the industrial park "the Saladar", among other issues.
The company has more than 30 permanent employees in low season, getting to be between 100 and 200 staff when circumstances so require;
also it has a fleet of about 300 trucks.
This meeting is part of the plan of visits started from the beginning of the term by the Department of Economic Development, Industry and Employment, along with technicians PROINVITOSA at different companies in the municipality.
During the site visit a meeting in which the manager of the same explained the workings of the company and the situation and needs of it remained.
Moreover, the mayor informed him of the offer PROINVITOSA on land, industrial buildings and other existing equipment for possible expansion of facilities that "Agentrans" already in the industrial estate.
He also realized the services provided by the municipality in the CLD and other municipal offices, especially advice on grants and subsidies, job opportunities, training for active workers, etc., offering collaboration of municipal technicians in these fields for few requirements set them.
