The Town Planning, Carlos Ballester, said yesterday approved the full document correction of deficiencies General Municipal Management Plan of Totana, which must be submitted to Murcia for study.
As noted, the Autonomous Region now has three months to issue reports from receipt of the document.
He added that should not be favorable, they would turn to recall the City deficiencies;
and stated that only, to be supportive and have all completed and favorable reports, the order of the director is definitely dictate approving the plan in that period of three months.
The City Council will shortly submit to the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure the final document of rectification of technical deficiencies for the regional administration approved definitively the Municipal General Plan of Totana.
The municipal plenary last night approved the proposal from the mayor to approve the documentation correction of deficiencies to the partial final approval of the General Plan 2011, approved by the Plenum in March 2015.
Corporate gave the green light now to documents drafted by the municipal technical services in relation to the deficiencies observed after the last report issued by the Planning Service of the Directorate General of Planning and Housing just a year ago.
