The Department of Economic Development of the City of Totana, launched last March, the Professional Certificate of "Administrative Activities Customer Relationship".
Such training action is subsidized by the Regional Employment Service and Training.
Students of this Certificate of Competence "Administrative Activities Customer Relationship", which is being conducted at the Center for Local Development of the City of Totana, in the mornings and Monday through Friday, visited the Group "The Corte Ingles, SA "at its facilities in Murcia.
The aim of these visits is that the student considers it as a complementary and extracurricular activity on your Certificate of Competence training, acquiring new knowledge and improve their professional training, returning from this with more confidence in their learning process.
The student receives from the point of view of professionals, performing various tasks and advice, sharing work experiences from the tour group.
Students learned about the management of different departments and areas that comprise El Corte Ingles, in relation to the Certificate of Competence being taught.
