Totana City Council has joined this week to mark World Day Lipodystrophies held this Thursday, March 31, with the lighting of the main facade of the town hall with turquoise, according to sources of the Department of Social Welfare.
Totana Town Council will remain on throughout the week to celebrate this day of protest for research in the lipodystrophy that promotes the Association of Families and Affected by Lipodystrophies (AELIP), based in Totana.
The City Council and its facade looked in other colors to commemorate precisely other social awareness initiatives: green for people with intellectual disabilities and violet on the occasion of working women.
