The Local Police of Totana has offered a series of recommendations to drivers and pedestrians in order to ensure road safety on the occasion of the celebrations of Holy Week and avoid the maximum possible discomfort during the days of celebration of the processions and other liturgies in public.

Local Police intends to use the vehicle only essential for the days that are acts or processional routes, and in the case of having to do it is recommended not to circulate through the city center (Constitution Square and surrounding) and used as alternative routes Avenida Juan Carlos I and the northern ring road MU-502 V.

In addition, the same sources warn of the need to respect signage and parking ban cuts of different urban roads, follow the instructions of police officers and not to cross the streets during the celebration of the processional routes.

The cuts of the square of the Constitution will be Palm Sunday (from 9:30 to 19 hours), Easter Monday (from 21:00 to 00:00 hours), Holy Tuesday (from 21 to 3 hours), Holy Wednesday (from 21 to 3 hours), Maundy Thursday (all day), Friday (all day) and Easter Sunday (from 9:30 to 19 hours).

The device of the local police and emergency personnel will consist of a total of 25 officers a day (about 8 or 9 on each shift).
