A total of 45 cultural and social activities round out the program activities Totana Holy Week this year 2016, among which exhibitions, musical events, competitions, symposiums, workshops, retreats, celebrations, ceremonies, cultural visits.
These are added to the list of religious activities, cults and processions organized every year by the Illustrious Cabildo Processions Superior Totana during Lent and from Palm Sunday to Easter.
The councilman of Culture, Eulalia Moreno, and the president of the Cabildo, Antonio Martinez Belchí presented the program notes, of which 5,000 copies have been made to present all kinds of different activities organized from February 19 to 27 March.
In the presentation ceremony they were also attended by the Councillor for Citizen Participation, Agustin Gonzalo Martinez, and members of the Board of the Cabildo Processions.
The handbills will be shared by the 17 brotherhoods of Totana, as well as in the Office of Tourism and the Socio-Cultural Center "Jail" in this town.
In the same they participated the Illustrious Cabildo Processions Superior Totana, along with the 17 brotherhoods that compose it;
and the musical group of Totana, the Cultural Association Canico and the Association of Families and Affected Lipodystrophies (AELIP).
The council said the council will continue to work and support all actions of the hand of the council to improve and enhance each year our Easter.
