The Full Council of Totana, at its regular meeting for the month of June was held in the afternoon yesterday gave the green light to the votes for the PP and the PSOE and IU abstaining + Greens to sign the agreement with the Red Cross Association for the acquisition of basic life support ambulance and coverage of public events in this county.
Under this collaboration agreement, is intended to cover by the Ambulance Service on certain public events and to contribute through the maintenance and provision of equipment to improve this service.
To this end, the association "Spanish Red Cross, Local de Totana Assembly" will perform a series of actions among which are attending public events organized by the Ayuntamiento de Totana, the acquisition of basic life support ambulance, maintenance of the Ambulance, the acquisition of equipment for the ambulance and assistance to the training courses for associations to organize the Town Council of Totana.
For its part, the City of Totana provide the amount of 168,000 euros, divided by 21,000 annually for a period of eight years, to cover the costs incurred in the development and delivery of service coverage of public events.
It will deliver the amount of 40,000 euros, divided by 5,000 per year for a period of eight years, to cover the financing of a basic life support ambulance in accordance with the budgets submitted by the Spanish Red Cross, Local Assembly of Totana.
It will also provide the amount of 30,000, spread over 3,750 euros per year to cover infrastructure costs of the Base Emergency Relief and Spanish Red Cross available to Local Assembly of Totana.
On the other hand, corporate unanimously approved the proposal submitted by the Department of Social Welfare to enable the collection of parking card holders of public transport vehicles carrying persons with reduced mobility.
