The Plenary approves, unanimously, the motion of the Mayor's Office in support of the proposed alternative layout for the 400 Kw High Voltage Air Line, of the Totana Adif traction substation, presented by the Platform Affected by the Line in the deputations of La Ñorica and Lébor.
The corporate members showed solidarity and showed their institutional and unconditional support for the Platform of People Affected by the Adif Ñorica-Lébor Totana High Voltage Line.
The green motion was given to the joint motion, unanimously, to demand that the new Central Executive be included in the General State Budgets and that the necessary investments be made in the Rambla de Lébor channel for the channeling of the waters to the Guadalentín river;
and that the necessary investments are carried out for the construction of the rolling dam in said ramp.
The motion also included carrying out the necessary procedures so that the water contributions generated in the rolling mill are destined for the Irrigation Community Transfer Tajo-Segura de Totana for management and distribution among farmers in the municipality.
It was also approved, with the favorable votes of all groups except Vox that abstained, the motion of the Mayor's Office on the imposition of the rate for private use or special use of the public domain of the facilities of transport of electric energy, gas, water or hydrocarbons;
as well as its fiscal ordinance.
It was agreed, unanimously and including the amendment to add the PP, the motion of the Councilor for Roads to include two new deputation of Morti in the Municipal Registry of Roads of Totana, at the request of different owners.
These are the so-called Camino de Mortí-Cantareros and Camino de la Piedra Blanca, respectively, with the geographical references bounded in the coordinates included in the file.
Regarding the motion presented by the Department of Education on the request for the construction of the third HEI in Totana, the corporations approved, with the votes in favor of all the groups and against Winning Totana-IU, the amendment to the entire PSOE
In this sense, the amendment of the Socialist Group urged the Department to conduct an interdisciplinary and rigorous study in which the entire educational community participates to study and agree on what model of center the municipality needs;
analyzing pros and cons of each type of center, its ideal location and other issues that arise during the study and, all this, to boost the necessary measures and carry it out in a realistic and consensual way.
Unanimously, the motion of the Department of Health was approved to require the Ministry of Health to take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the maximum deadlines for access to scheduled and non-urgent health benefits set forth in the Article 5 of Decree 25/2006 of March 31.
The corporations agreed, with the votes in favor of all the municipal groups and the abstention of Vox, the motion of Win Totana-IU on request for measures in the face of the serious situation presented by the Mar Menor.
It was also approved unanimously, the motion of Win Totana-IU to request to the General Directorate of Public Safety and Emergencies, the extension of the repeater of the TETRA Network located in the area of ​​La Santa that allows to improve the necessary coverage that ensures the communications throughout the territory of the municipality without exception.
In addition, the motion to win Totana-IU was approved, unanimously and with the popular amendment, for the creation of a general instance model that collects the requests of neighbors who request a reduction on the sidewalks of access to their home, and must accredit that people with reduced mobility or general mobility difficulties reside in the home.
In the same proposal, it was collected that from the instance, the relevant work is carried out by municipal personnel to achieve the reduction of said sidewalks, with the payment of a symbolic execution and processing fee of 150 euros, which may be reduced 50% in the case of pensioners.
The councilors gave the green light to the motion of the PP, with the support of all groups with the exception of the Vox that abstained, for the implementation of a "Friendship Bank" in the educational centers of Infant and Primary Education of the municipality, being the Department of Education that provides both the bank and the materials for its decoration to the centers that demand it, as well as the installation of it by municipal operators.
Also approved unanimously, the motions of the PP to urge the Government of the Nation in office, to develop urgently a new Royal Decree of Drought for the imminent start of the new hydrological year;
and that a Comprehensive Cleaning Plan be carried out in which all aspects raised in its proposal are addressed.
Likewise, the motion of the PSOE was approved, unanimously, to urge the Department of Health and Social Services to conduct a study and take into consideration for the implementation of a Municipal Health Council in our municipality;
and ask the Ministry of Health to reactivate the Area Health Councils, specifically of Area III of Health, so that Totana is represented in said entity.
The plenary body gave the green light to the motion of the PSOE, with the support of all municipal groups except for Ganar Totana-IU who abstained and the vote against Vox, to create a Technical Commission for the establishment and commissioning of a Museum in Totana.
Similarly, they approved, unanimously, the motion of the PSOE to urge the Department of Works and Services and Finance to budget study of the works to be carried out for the adaptation of the basement of the Study Room "Jose María Munuera y Abadía ", as an exhibition and conference room and meeting place for youth associations;
and seek aid or subsidies for the adaptation of this type of premises for their cultural interest.
Another motion of the Socialist Group, also approved unanimously, was to urge the regional government for the implementation of autonomous financing lines and collaboration with local entities in accordance with the provisions of Law 1/2019 of 19 February
Likewise, the motion of the PSOE was approved, unanimously, to urge the Department of City Services, Sports, Archaeological Sites and Culture to be carried out, with municipal technicians and with the involvement of sports and cultural associations, a Documentary research to fix and locate a series of paths of interest to restore or improve, and to promote them.
In this regard, the socialist motion asks to request the inclusion of a memory to restore and improve the paths that go from the town center to the sanctuary of La Santa, from the hermitage of La Huerta to Aledo;
and create a route that will serve as a link to the Archaeological Site of La Bastida, in the upcoming calls of the Regional Employment Councils.
The Plenary approved, with 19 votes in favor and against Vox, the motion of Now Totana for the installation of the canine parks that are considered necessary, located properly distributed by the geography of our municipality.
In the same motion of the Civil Platform it was included to pick up a game with sufficient economic endowment in the General Budget of the City Council for the next fiscal year 2020;
and urge the Department of Infrastructure to find the most suitable places for its installation, and make pertinent inquiries to the neighborhood, in order to cause the least inconvenience to the population.
Finally, unanimously supported the institutional declaration of the PP for the City of Totana to support and recognize the work done by the State Security Forces and Corps in Catalonia.
