The Mayor's Office has raised a motion to the October plenary for the approval, provisionally, of the imposition of the fee for private use or special use of the public domain of the facilities for transporting electricity, gas, water or hydrocarbons;
as well as its fiscal ordinance.
During this month of October, a technical and economic report has been issued for the imposition and ordination of the aforementioned rate, as well as a draft of the regulatory fiscal ordinance of the latter, issued by the Intervention and Secretariat services.
