Two special shifts are also offered for the Special Gymnastics for the Column
The Department of Sports has launched, since last Monday, September 9, the Maintenance Gymnastics program for this 2019/20 season, in the Municipal Gymnasium "La Cárcel", with Alfonso Adam as monitor in charge of this activity.
The Councilor for Sports, Agustín Gonzalo Martínez, and the monitor responsible for this program, Alfonso Adam, have presented it publicly in order to publicize its characteristics.
Classes take place three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), with a wide schedule, both morning and afternoon.
In the morning, there are three shifts, in this case, 08:00, 09:00 and 10:00 hours;
while in the afternoon, five other shifts are offered: 3:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
There are also two special shifts for the Special Gymnastics for the Column: one, at 16.30;
and another, at 8:00 p.m., respectively.
Registration is carried out in the same facilities of the Municipal Gymnasium "La Cárcel", filling in the corresponding form to make payments by direct debit.
The monthly registration fee for maintenance gymnastics is 24 euros, while the special gymnastics fee for the column is 12 euros.
Similarly, there is the possibility of benefiting from 50% discounts for people with disabilities and people over 61, as well as 25% for people belonging to the large family.
