The Department of Culture has collaborated, during the month of June, with more than fifteen associations, entities and groups of Totana in the closure of its academic courses through the cession of municipal facilities and public spaces.
During the month of June, every year the applications presented to the City Council by dance schools, educational centers, nursery schools and cultural and civic associations for the use of municipal facilities or public spaces, destined to the celebration of the closing of their respective academic courses and end of season.
According to sources from the Department of Culture, all these requests also require technical and material support from the City of Totana.
This year have been more than a fortnight the applications submitted that have mostly made use of the Municipal Auditorium "Marcos Ortiz", must also use other outdoor public spaces.
This circumstance is due to the fact that the available municipal facilities have been insufficient to meet all the demands received, given that the activities have been carried out mainly during the weekends of this month.
