In the Santiago de Totana school the chess game is having a great acceptance lately.

In this sense, an annual championship is being organized in which approximately 60 children participate.

On the other hand, this year the school has been chosen among a large number of centers in the region, to participate in the program "Chess in the classroom" which has increased the interest of students in this game.

As a result of all the above, it has been proposed to create a giant chess made of cardboard so that children can enjoy this game in a larger dimension and in the playground.

In this company the whole school community has participated: teachers, students and families.

After several months of cutting, pasting and painting, the work has been completed, which has been received with great enthusiasm.
