The Department of Economic Development, Development and Employment and Industry of the City of Totana reports that the Ministry of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment has published, in the BORM dated May 7, 2019, the call for aid for the promotion of the Social Economy;
which has a budget of 5,765,131 euros, and which will directly generate 320 jobs in the cooperatives and labor companies of the Region.
These aids distributed in seven programs and which are financed by the European Social Fund, the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Social Security as well as the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, are aimed at promoting employment, additional help to employment , support to cooperatives and labor societies for the creation of jobs and financing for social economy companies for entrepreneurship and collective self-employment.
The first of these lines is endowed with 2,560,000 euros and consists of aid that can reach up to 11,500 euros to social economy companies that incorporate new working partners this year, indefinitely and full time.
The remaining aid seeks to encourage investments made in tangible fixed assets (1,447,631 euros);
non-refundable aid of up to 30% of the investment made with the requirement that the requesting entity have its own funds to cover at least 25% of the investment;
that the partners of these companies make more and more monetary contributions to the social capital (875,000 euros of endowment) and support the operation of business organizations of social economy (652,500 euros).
It is also intended to cover the dissemination and promotion of activities in the sector (150,000 euros);
help social economy organizations for the technical assistance they provide (€ 65,000);
and encourage the public universities of the Region to carry out research, teaching and dissemination activities of the sector (15,000 euros)
