The Local Government Board has recently approved declaring the termination of the contract, for reasons attributable to the contractor, of the restaurant bar contract in the municipal sports center "6 de diciembre" and the cantina of the "Guadalentín Valley" Sports Complex, in the district of The Paretón.
The winner of this special contract was Antonio Navarro Nortes under the agreement signed with the City Council on February 17, 2017, after processing the corresponding assignment file by the previous awardee.
The Gobienro Local Board has already initiated the procedure to agree, if appropriate, the termination of this contract, which entailed the corresponding seizure of the guarantee and, where appropriate, compensation for damages.
