The Local Government Board has extended the provision of the public service contract of Day Centers for Senior Citizens of Totana to the successful bidder "Clece, SA" under the same conditions with which it is being provided, for the duration of the processing of the new bidding process.
On January 16, 2017, the contract between the City of Totana and the aforementioned successful bidder was formalized, who has communicated its interest not to extend the aforementioned contract, thus finalizing its provision on January 30, 2019.
In any case, in case of termination of the contract, you must continue to provide the service until another successful bidder takes charge of it.
For this reason, the Local Government Board has recently approved the start of the file for hiring the service of Day Centers for Senior Citizens of Totana, processing the contract through an open procedure and approving the list of administrative clauses.
On October 11, 2018 the Consistory signed a new collaboration agreement with the IMAS of the Autonomous Community to provide the service for the years 2019 and 2020;
therefore, the service for the two Day Centers for the Elderly Dependents must be tendered.
