In this way, they have full freedom to determine the days and hours in which the establishments dedicated mainly to the sale of pastry and confectionery, bread, prepared dishes, newspapers, fuels and fuels, florists and plants will remain open to the public throughout the national territory. .
The retail establishments of small size that have a useful surface for the exhibition and sale to the public of less than 300 square meters, excluding those belonging to companies or distribution groups that are not considered as small and medium enterprises according to current legislation.
For those businesses that do not have the freedom to determine the days and hours to remain open, the Ministry of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment, based on the order of December 13, 2018, determines the opening calendar to the public of shops on Sundays and holidays in the Region of Murcia for the year 2019, based on what is authorized the opening of the following sixteen days: the aforementioned January 7 and 13, April 18, May 5;
June 2, 10 and 30;

1 and November 24;
December 1, 6, 8, 15, 22 and 29.
