Emergency services have treated and transferred to the hospital 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) who have been injured in a traffic accident this morning on the A-7 motorway, towards Alicante, at kilometer 609, in the municipal term of Totana.

The wounded were taken to the "Rafael Méndez" hospital in Lorca with injuries that, apparently, were not serious.

The 1-1-2 received, at 09.04 hours, calls informing of an accident in the aforementioned kilometer point, in which two vehicles would have been involved, one of which would have circled the bell and hit the median, according to the callers.

To the place they mobilized patrols of the Civil Guard, ambulances of the Management of Emergencies and Sanitary Emergencies 061 and firemen of the Consortium of Extinction of Fires and Salvation of the Region of Murcia, since two of the wounded were trapped inside of one of the vehicles.

After being released by firefighters, the toilets stabilized the wounded (32-year-old man, 30-year-old woman and two girls, 2 years and 8 months, respectively) and transported them in ambulances to the "Rafael Méndez" hospital with apparently minor injuries.
