Also during the visit the technical staff of the City Council informs about the services that companies and freelancers have at their disposal in the Town Hall and in particular in the Local Development Center, located in the "El Saladar" industrial estate, such as employment exchanges for the hiring of workers, training for the unemployed, workers and entrepreneurs, general advice, subsidies, etc.
This census of companies will allow the City Council to undertake projects of interest to the different business groups, maintain fluid contact with each and every one of the companies, process their employment demands, send information of interest to them and carry out projects on equal opportunities.
Similarly, it is intended to organize training tailored to the needs of employers and businesswomen, meet the demands in terms of family reconciliation in the industrial estate and many other actions that may be of interest to the recipients.
