The Local Government Board has authorized the proposal of the councilor of Patrimony, Ana María Cánovas, to grant authorization for use in favor of the Ministry of Education on the property of the municipal public domain of the old institute building (located on Avenida de Lorca, 60), intended for the teaching of adult education.
The economic regime to which this authorization is subject does not entail any economic consideration, but a legal one that consists in providing the necessary teaching staff for the development of the training, as well as assuming the academic and administrative management of said teachings, with the costs of it derive.
The authorization period will be three years, which will coincide with school years 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21, with a validity until July 31, 2021, if any of the causes of extinction provided in said authorization or in the current legislation.
